Sorry to hear you’re having a hard time of things mate! do you take anything to “try” help you sleep?
No I don’t Winston. I take a hell of a lot of medication as it is. It is something I have to cope with the best I can. I do take meds for neuropathic pain but It’s hit and miss to be honest.
I don’t have problems getting off to sleep. It’s after an hour that I wake in pain with cramps in my feet and legs. The only thing that works is getting up for a few hours and doing stuff to try take my mind of the pain.
Do you suffer?
