Ok well I guarantee I have hard braking within 5 mins of leaving the house more often than not, it’s a tourist area and a lot of very elderly drivers, sadly no matter how you read the stats imho this is our problem. So if they’re going to hold data against us how do they know it’s the MB driver at fault each time? I assume they’ll be following gdpr and giving us all unrestricted access to our data?

That’ll upset them put gdpr sar in every month not even allowed to charge for it now either lol

I think the better question to them is who is paying you to do this and how much are you being paid, to Motability. This is no way about insurance as such they have some way of monetising the data I’ll put money on it.

Again accelerating hard is not inherently dangerous either for example slip road.

Who is looking at this data and how will it be used? I had something similar from the RAC (wish I hadn’t bothered saved me nothing) they constantly had no data because there’s no phone signal where we live Norfolk coast. So are they going to penalise people with no signal? These things often have a few days memory at best so hats their plan?

I guarantee it will NEVER be connected to my phone

As for rewards, will that be like the Motability members charging each others EVs that they sent out awhile back ie total garbage
