That’s unfortunate and off the cards!
The only other two things I can think of are:
1) can you charge at your place of PT work and willl you be working there for the forseeeable future.
2) Have you looked int Disabled Facilities Grants or Veterans Grants, in respect of having a basic driveway installled. Perhaps @BigDave can help with Veterans grant providers.
If you find the answer to those is no, my hand on heart oppinion is to stick with hybrid, as it will be both cheaper and more conveinient in the long run.
