Don’t worry about that 90 day thing they say that but go to the CEO office and they’ll assign someone to manage your case. Don’t bother with the script monkeys on the phone they’re USELESS.
Honestly I had all this stress etc over being left high and dry the CEO office sorted it all. Thing is delivery times are not your fault or problem. If they don’t like it they should go find you the car themselves.
Just put your order in then go to the ceo with the details and they’ll sort it for you.
The charge flap does happen sometimes it’s happened to me maybe 3 times since late July no big deal just lock and unlock fixes it, maybe the pin gets stuck and the current thru the solenoid isn’t enough to move it the first time it’s happened so infrequently it’s not worth worrying about tbh
