Would PHEV ever be available for under 25s?

        It’s about time that Motability considered upping the insurance group for the under 25’s.

          Agreed – 120bhp is way too restrictive now. I don’t think you’ll ever see a PHEV for Under 25’s though.

            It may not be Motabilitys, maybe the insurance companies decision based on their cost vs age

              With Motability  becoming more electric focused, they really do need to look at the cap on bhp as there aren’t many electric cars out there that are 120bhp or less.
