The change in grant didn’t really impact sales as after a little shouting about a lack of warning all manufacturers adjusted their prices to suit. I’m sure that any necessary price adjustment will happen rapidly once they’ve considered any potential impact. My guess would be a small reduction in base level prices but there aren’t many EVs coming in under £32k. Also, given that there are supply issues and certain manufacturers really aren’t promoting their base models seeking better returns I am sceptical that the change is going to be received as dramatically as the big grant reductions seen last time.
