I am pretty sure my dealership will look after me, they are as frustrated with this as much as I am. As far as Motability is concerned, they have honoured the AP along with Toyota and who would do the compensating I wonder. I am happy with the outcome so far, all I have to do now is be patient and wait for the new car to turn up. Currently I have a Tiguan that has been MOT’d and serviced, new brakes etc so I have no concerns about my current car.
