Sounds like your hotel telly was showing back-to-back “Tatort” shows. The title is a generic thing covering hundreds of short series about police work. Insp Borowski is one of the most well known, good too. Tatort has been doing stuff since as early as the 70s. All 4 do a few of them; all v good.
