      Finally picked up mine on the 20th December which made a great Xmas present. With the dealer discounts, new car payment and good condition bonus I basically came out 50 quid up!

      My first EV, it’s an awesome car, loving the drive, the tech and that it’s costing me pennies to run. It’s a good feeling driving past petrol stations and not looking at the prices 🤣

      Timeline for mine in case anyone’s interested (although may be a bit skewed as it was ordered just as they released the new my25 model)

      Ordered – 25 June

      At sea – 3/4 November

      Docked at port – 13th December

      On way to retailer – 17th December

      At retailer – 19th December

      Picked up – 20th December

              @PS was your car on the isar highway and not the morning cecilie?

              I think mine is on the MC due to Tilbury l no on the 9th

              Can you let me know how long from dock to dealer works out when that happens?

                I’m taking anything from Hyundai with a pinch of salt tbh they’ll probably  be on the same transporter.

                  I reckon the delivery dates on the Hyundai tracking site are deliberately later so it feels like a win when you get it early, well I hope so!

                  Mines going to Eden in Wokingham, is yours the same?

                    So after calling Hyundai customer services 3 times and getting 3 different docking dates (and one ship name that doesn’t even dock at Tilbury!) 8th of December seems likely at the dock with delivery to dealer about 2 weeks later, although it still says delivery March 25 on the Hyundai tracking site 🙄

                    did you get a date or a ship name from Hyundai cs when you called? I expect our cars might be on the same ship.

                        @PS I see on another forum you’ve made some progress with your order well done!

                        Could I ask which number, you used to speak to Hyundia? I’ll try and get some info on my order too if possible

                          So got an email outlining the differences between the tech pack we’ll get compared to the tech pack we ordered (no relaxation seats etc) which we know about and I asked him if the end oct delivery timescale is still on track and he said;

                          Hyundai are yet to update the orders we have placed. This is due to happen in the next week. Once this is done they will check stock and let me know timescales. This will not be October though.

                          Wishful thinking it won’t be delayed 😫

                            I ordered ultimate with tech and this has been updated to my25 with tech on my Motability online account, price to pay is still showing £3999 to pay but he’s assured me I will only pay the agreed £299 on pick up.

                            He did say delivery end of October when I ordered in June and keeping fingers crossed this won’t change much.

                            Seems like some in another thread are having a right ‘mare with their orders due to the model changeover. Lots of conflicting info flying about 🙄

                                  ‘My delivery date is 31-Oct and dealer was pretty sure it will be MY25.’

                                  Hi, thanks for the heads up with this. I just spoke to my nearest Eden (Basingstoke) and they said this deal was only for in stock cars and not for new factory orders (possible MY25 models)

                                  Can I ask which dealer you spoke to?
