Wow…just wow….sarcasm and judgement when i specifically asked for no judgement?! I asked for advice from what I’d hoped would be friendly forum members on what my rights might be for a refund of a deposit for optional extras on a vehicle not yet built. I didn’t ask for an opinion on my life choices for the next 3+ years. I’m not saying that its a bad deal for the next 3 years, I didn’t even suggest that, nor did I ask for anyone’s opinion on that specific point. For someone new to the scheme its a huge decision, not one I take lightly and one would hope that friendly forum members would be understanding of that fact. I don’t just make decisions for the next 3 years, I plan longer term but that’s just me and nobody else’s business but mine….hence I’d only asked for advice on a specific question of a potential refund of a deposit for optional extras. Perhaps when you don’t have something nice (or even relevant) to say maybe next time say nothing at all? Your sarcasm and unwelcome comments on things that are none of your business tarnish the whole point of a forum to share helpful information. Maybe the next time someone asks for advice on a refund of a deposit for optional extras, consider whether you have any advice relevant to the specific question, if not maybe move on and read another post….or maybe just jump in there and sarcastically pull apart someone’s personal decisions without consideration for their mental wellbeing. My teachers used to say when the question is 1+1= ….don’t give the answer for the square root of 9 just because you know the answer to that. So much for us disabled people having eachothers backs.
