Finally got a build date; build date is 20th July. Car ordered 5th January. Dealer said he’s not expecting it until the end of August.

Ordered 5th January; my dealer finally emailed me back to tell me:

‘Just a update on your VOLVO XC40 order, the car will be built in May and takes around 3-4 weeks to arrive with us, i will keep you updayed on the progress.’

So looking like it will be sometime in June. We are swapping cars due to needing to change to a car that needs a hoist to lift a wheelchair, which our Arkana won’t. He told me when ordering it would be 2 months, so a little cheesed off it’s taken 3 months longer than that.
