I’m leaving the scheme altogether. I will have to give up work as i won’t be able to get there, but fuel and money saved on AP and the money from Pip will just cover the difference but it will cost me myself respect.

In fact i think Motability and Labour would rather see disabled people stay home not be seen and just die.

There is nothing big enough that is automatic and affordable, £2K for the cheapest van based vehicle is a beyond a joke. I can postpone till next next quarter in July but i fear that will be even worse. I guess those of us living in Rural areas are just forgotten.

This is basically the standard combi/crew van as a Motability Car with a none removal van screen behind the second row seats and limited to 70mph. I just phoned my dealer and this is correct. Apparently the range of the electric version 170 miles is not going down well so have opted for this half way measure. Its a shame as it was the perfect vehicle pre electrification.
