Yup, on an EV you have an App on your phone and set the temp of 21 degrees and its all warm, defrosted and toasty for you. You can also set the time to do this every morning if you wish. All good when you going to work.
Our local Hyundai dealership isn’t part of the group, however our local Volvo dealer is. Do I have to pick up from a Hyundai dealer for this deal? Given it’s a better specced car for less than the Enyaq Sportline Plus, it seems too good to miss out on.
Its only a phone call and ask? You have nothing to lose Mark.
Generally, they dont like transporting cars between their branches, but if it means a sale, they have some leeway. My local garage were dealers for Ford, Vauxhall, Renault, and Hyundai.
The £750 deal from the garage is on now. I took advantage of it as well. Basically you get an ioniq 5 Ultimate for £1760, including £250 cashback and motability £750. Its stock cars only, my car was at another garage and transported to my local dealer. I used Macklin Motors, they are part of the Vertu Group.
But an Ioniq Ultimate for £1760 and a 2 week delivery, its excellent!! The ioniq 5 ticks all the boxes for me.
I dont know about the Ioniq 6, but it maybe the same deal…its worth a phone call to a Vertu Group garage??
My last car lease i paid the AP by debit card. This time it must be bank transfer and it DOES take a couple of days.
Because the garage is a chain, the payment goes to their head office account and their accountants deal with that side of the business.
No point in arguing its instant transfer. It is their account and their rules.
You can go to the garage, check the car over and enter the pin. But you wont leave with the car that day, and have to return when the AP has cleared. My garage only allowed max £500 by debit card or credit card. Anything over that amount is bank transfer and 2 days clearance.
Its their rules.
