So you didn’t manage to win in your favour with Motability? Thank you for the link btw, I veiwed a car (Honda ZR-V – Hyrbid) which is a lot cheaper to run than the Honda Civic 2020 I currently have at the moment and also received during the lock-down when handovers were allowed. Motability have said I can keep the Civic until 2025, but I cannot afford to run it any more as my Daily Living with PIP has been cut. I need a car though, as I can’t afford to buy a new or 2nd hand one.
Hi Tim, is there any updates to your off site handover? I’m going through the same thing. I have agoraphobia and can only drive around my hometown. I ordered the car via phone from a dealership about 25 miles away from me, they were happy for the offsite handover but motability declined my request. Who should I contact to try and sort this out please? I hope you managed to get the car you wanted in the end.
