Why is it so difficult to get a hire car when your car is in for repair, my car has been in for a  week now and nothing yet, it used to be the dealership supplied them, not anymore. Trying to contact anyone is a job in itself.

Why is it so difficult to get a curtesy car when yours is in for repair, I used to get one through the dealership in times gone by but now I have been waiting a week, and still nothing.

Trying to get in touch is something else too.

Like you I love the car, we waited 5 months for it drove it for 3 and its been in waiting for repair for the past 2 months. The feedback isn’t that great either.
