Hi ordered a bmw Gran Coupe yesterday without the window tint (one of the kids have damaged eyes and run rays can effect them) so yesterday I forgot to add the tinted window option. I spoke to motability live chat asking if I can go back on my order and add the windows or is it too late. She said I cannot add window tints without motability approved and a letter from the doctor! Really? Just for darker window?!! I asked about getting tints from a local car garage and she said it would be against motability and breaking their rules!
