Strange that two new manufacturers have joined the scheme just 4 weeks before the next quarter change. It almost seems pointless having these quarter changes given that additions, deletions and changes can, and do, happen on any day.

This very thread is a clear demonstration that the quarter appears less significant.  That said, with price changes and model changes, the update of the Motability website takes a while, so there’s still considerable changes made.  Once clear example was Hyundai’s dramatic cuts to the Ioniq 5 APs in April, they could have done that gradually over the months but it happened all at once on a quarter change.
