Just a quick update and thank you to everyone who helped. I’ve now ordered a Škoda Enyaq in Meteor Grey 😊
Really appreciate all the advice, it helped me make up my mind in the end and I feel much more confident about the decision.
Just as a heads up for anyone else ordering. I was quoted £30 for the initial electric charge when collecting the car, and they also offered an upholstery protection product for around £250, which I declined.
Might be worth being aware of these extras. Thanks again everyone for the help 🙂

Thanks. I’m going to call tomorrow and add the pack in. I’ve ordered the meteor grey but I have recently seen a couple on the road and starting to doubt my choice. If it can’t be changed it’s not that serious but will call anyway
March 24, 2026 at 7:39 pm #348772Oh which pack are you thinking of changing to, and what colour?
I actually saw Graphite Grey in person today and to me it looked more like a dark silver, which I’m not really a fan of.
That made me feel much happier with my choice of Meteor Grey 😊
Although I have to admit! Black Magic is still at the back of my mind haha 😂 it does look amazing when it’s clean!
March 24, 2026 at 7:56 pm #348774I’m going to add the plus pack I think. I am stuck between the grey and the black. I agree i saw graphite grey looked like a smoked silver. I have never had anything other than a black car so that’s why it’s probably playing in my mind too 😂
March 25, 2026 at 2:57 pm #349281Take it from me you won’t regret the Enyaq. It’s a fantastic car and must easily be one of the best on the scheme.
I have a velvet red one and everyone comments on how good it looks.
The only unfortunate thing is due to this stupid government, I can’t have another coupe even though it’s not what I would call a coupe.
March 25, 2026 at 2:58 pm #349282My dealer is requesting my order is put back so my model has the upgraded features. He says I can also add packs and change colour as I have no build date yet
March 25, 2026 at 4:00 pm #349285Ordered mine, meteor grey, ‘sportline auto maxx’ Told that their system says 22 weeks till build and 5 weeks delivery, so 27 weeks total. Which I’m totally fine with cos (a) more value from current car and (b) it ‘should’ theoretically get the upgrades, but I will keep an eye on it.
March 25, 2026 at 4:50 pm #349288I wish I’d been given the option to pay for a charge.
Pulman Skoda handed over my car with 15% in winter. I had 4 miles left when I got home.
They weren’t remotely concerned and said I could charge somewhere on my way home.

That’s great. My build date is mid May. I wish it could be held back for the model updates.
The lumbar massage function uses a set of air bladders that constantly keep changing pressure in some kind of rhythmic motion, for about 20mins. Activated via a button next to the memory seat buttons on the seat side.

I have ASD and thus have difficulty with social and understanding information, written and verbal. I process information in logical blocks, before I reply. Sometimes I'm right and sometimes I'm wrong.
I also have a corneal visual condition, which makes me visually impaired without daytime, or daytime bulbs, among other disabilities/conditions.March 25, 2026 at 7:06 pm #349298Ordered mine, meteor grey, ‘sportline auto maxx’ Told that their system says 22 weeks till build and 5 weeks delivery, so 27 weeks total. I maybe tempted to cancel my order and reorder it from another neighbouring Skoda Dealership.

March 28, 2026 at 5:38 pm #349606@Olpk was that Pulman Durham?
I picked mine up Jan 24 with a 100% charge, no charge for it.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
March 28, 2026 at 5:59 pm #349607It does seem like not everyone is getting the same treatment.
Mine was with the Vertu dealer in Darlington. I had a Peugeot before from a different dealer and was never charged for electricity on collection, so this was a bit of a surprise.
£30 isn’t a huge amount, but it’s more the principle really. You’d expect a bit more consistency or goodwill.
April 17, 2026 at 3:14 pm #35356585x Sportline no longer available but the 85 Sportline is available but at whopping £6,549, that’s over £4000.00 more than I paid in June’25 for the 85x, with the total allowance from the higher rate mobility that works out at over £19,000 over the three year period …. what the heck happened and is motability still worth it?

It was Pulman Sunderland.
The whole experience of using them in the nearly 2.5 years I’ve had the car has been terrible. It makes coping with the issues Enyaqs suffer from just a pain.
I’m ending early and changing brands as the dealer and the car have been a pain.
