Hi I was with vauxhall on Friday ( 3days ago) was approved there and then for the corsa. Received the email today to say thank you for the order we will be in touch in due time..   when I log into the mobility site there’s no new car application info it don’t show nothing at all like it’s new and I’m signing up.  Does anyone know how long this takes to show up in my account?

2nd question can I apply for the 40 hours lesson now as I have the email to confirm the order? As I’ve heard it takes up to 10 weeks to process.

Sounds like your order has been accepted by Motability – so that’s all good. I’m not sure whether now you’ve placed an order it comes up under your current lease – genuinely can’t remember! Could be a case of you needing to sign back into the account.

For the Driving Lessons grant, the expected delivery date has to be within the next 4 months for you to be eligible to apply.

Your new order should show up immediately as a new order on your Motability website.

I cancelled my existing factory order and it cleared my ‘new application’ section whilst i was at the dealers. I then ordered my new stock car with the motability salesperson and the new order was approved by motability and the new car was on my motability order within an hour.

If your Corsa is not showing on your Motability new application, something is wrong. You should contact motability and find out why it is not showing

Ordered my Vauxhall Mokka on the 11th. Had already pre-started the process online so all I needed to do was go to the dealer and order what I wanted.

Live about 10 minutes from the dealership and by the time I got home the details of my order were already showing on my account in the ‘New application’ section.
