I haven’t seen the video but I can guess at the effect using black and white infra-red cameras after dark as I often see them on my cameras.

It’s down to the colour of the cloths there wearing and the back ground behind them and often I’ve seen just a head walking down the street or just someone with no legs or with legs but no torso according to the cloths there wearing that become invisible under IR lights.

Many thanks Chris yes that’s the effect I must admit with the trillions of people over the years that have passed away we don’t see many ghosts ! I was in a mist near a river coming home the other night it was creepy but no ghost in my headlights ! I think I’ve been watching too much YouTube lol

I used to like watching Most Haunted with Yvette Fielding, the live shows were great back in the day. But after a few years it was the same every week, people getting excited about seeing Orbs floating bye, or to give them their real name, specs of dust caught on night vision camera.

It’s probably a hologram projection using a projector and a piece of netting.

Search video’s for FX Haloween, Xmas etc.
