Jackson’s controversial campaign, for Zonal pricing, which would of seen energy more expensive in the south, suggesting higher energy users to relocate to areas that have more renewable energy generation such as Scotland – Pleb!
Jackson, has strong links with the Labour party, previously serving serving as head of the pressure group Labour List and has joined the Cabinet Office board, an influential core of government advisers for three years, as a non-executive member and expected to play an influential role in shaping how future government policies are implemented. He is also expected to push the government to modernise.
