We payed 5999 for a ev in dec for a car that’s now 2499, I almost feel to terminate early just out of principle as it makes me feel like I have lost 3500 in 3 months

The car I ordered recently has came down by £400 this quarter and my order has already been changed with AP due showing the lower amount on my Online Motability account

so as others have said it’s a very simple and fair process in my eyes – if they don’t play ball , I’d 100% re order somewhere else

Well I told my dealer Saturday price had reduced. And fair play within 10 mins I was paying £600 less. Happy Customer. !. Just cancel and order elsewhere if they won’t help you.

My thoughts exactly, I have a test drive set up for a completely different car on Saturday.

That it took 4 phone calls to get that answer (and 3 previous phone calls trying to talk to them about something else – an appointmentfor youngest to look at and test drive and for them to remove the paintwork protection thing from the invoice that I had refused several times during the ordering process), only adds to my dissatisfaction.

Well, order now cancelled and I have ordered a different vehicle from a different dealership.

They were a tiny bit awkward (as in slow) in cancelling but a phone call from the other dealer soon sorted it.

 

I feel far better about the new choice of car, youngest is helping with the advance payment so I could go for a more expensive but far more suitable vehicle.
