An interesting (though some might possibly say inevitable) case decision on the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) website, is the case of Mr A vs Motability Operations Ltd (This is public information from the FOS website).
In short, Mr A ‘early terminated’ 5 cars in just under a 3 year period and was thus excluded from the scheme by Motability Operations for a 12 month period.
Mr A, in not agreeing with Motability Operations actions, took his case to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

What I can gather from Mr A case is he maybe here asking question about suitable cars for delivery next month as his ban finishes October 24. 😊
Mr A seems to think that signing a motability contra t and taking delivery is a good way to get a test drive lol.
I wonder how many cars he has lined up for October. Hopefully hell be told zero cancellations if they accept him back it’s people doing this that puts prices up
