I am in the process of new application with the mobility scheme, however I am unsure what to do regarding the following relating to previous claims in the last 5 years. Dec 2018 -2023. I have been in 4 accidents 2 not my fault, one still being processed and the last I just claimed on my insurance. The issue is when I input all four I am no longer eligible for the scheme, what should I do? Even if I wait until January 2024, the four claims still would be within the 5 years

Surely if two were not your fault, then you have effectively only had two claims against you, I do not mean that you do not declare the two claims that were not your fault, but I am assuming they must have been paid out by the other insurer and should not be held against you.

I would ring Motability and explain you have 2 non fault & 2 at fault accidents within the last 5 years but, would like to join the scheme.
