Up until this week updating your KIA’s Infotainment cente or its maps would cost you £40 at your dealers unless they liked you but now you can download the latest maps and firmware for free and do it yourself.
Just done my Carens and have now got the welcome feature of live petrol station prices and can now see who is ripping me off the most before going to a petrol station.
Some newer models are not included yet but if there new they shouldn’t need the update, yet, but if like mine being a 68 plate the map updates are good news.
I previously updated my maps using a torrent but never had the nerve to use a torrent for the firmware and the link below is official KIA downloads.
