I give up, just checked the online tracker and my original car ordered from from JCT600 in Feb that was at stage 3 yesterday “not built yet” and due August/September now magically says stage 5, in transit to the UK!!
5mins later I got a call from Lookers Newcastle and the one they said was available is now not available!!!.
I’ve rang JCT600 and am waiting for a call back from Ashley to see if they can re-instate the original order, knowing my luck probably not! 🙁
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!

Just spoke to JCT, as they cancelled it off he doesn’t know if they can do anything, can’t get into the system until Monday

With the greatest respect Joss….now well over 40,000 dead in the UK alone with hundreds of thousands of family and friends mourning their dead…I think ‘a bit of a virus’ is neither trivial or a ‘light hearted’ comment.
I am a Lead paramedic of 28 years who was drafted back into my local hospital for the last 4 months to do my best, like all my colleagues, to help save lives and ease the suffering of so many victims and families of this horrific virus.
I’ve seen my colleagues weep openly at the needless loss of life and devastation it’s done, and still doing, here, and have no doubt Italy, France and all the other countries people have all done the same.
Again, I mean this with the greatest respect for your standing on this great site….but it never was ‘a bit of a virus!’
Beau please accept my sincere apologies for not thinking about my comment. Especially as I am a very high risk. I just did not think.

Spoke to Motability this morning, they can’t undo the cancellation.
As the car is still showing on the VW app and is currently in transit I’m hoping JCT600 will be able to allocate it to me again. Obviously it’ll have to be a new order so can’t be placed until July 1st and I’ve lost the £600 discount from the original order but things are what they are.
So, if anyone is thinking of ordering from Lookers in Newcastle be very wary of what they tell you 🙁

It gets better, JCT600 have said the car is secure but can’t order with Motability until July 1st but no guarantee the car will still be on the scheme and that the price could be higher if it is 🙁

My guess is, and it’s only a guess, is that Q3 prices will just stay the same as Q2.
My thinking is as everyone everywhere has been closed down the past 3 months no negotiation would have taken place to do new deals between manufacturers and Motability so hope your VW order holds out.
That said, it could be just my imagination running away with me.?
