If you like a bit of kick with your food or just a fiery topping on your pizza maybe? You might enjoy Encona West Indian original hot pepper sauce. Just don’t go mad with it at first! Sold in Tesco.

Any other heat loving fans out there?

I like a bit of heat myself. I get Maggi Chilli Masala sauce from Sainsbury’s, it’s lovely, very hot. I have it with poppadoms when making a curry, I even put it on cheese on toast.

I love hot & spicy food but, never been a fan of adding condiments and would much prefer to add exrta chlli peppers etx to the dish.

I like making curries from scratch and go to an Asian supermarket for my spices. They sell uncooked poppadoms, we both absolutely love them, put some veg oil in a wok and drop them in for 10 seconds, just like an Indian restaurant, lovely. I serve them with a chutney made from tomato, onion and coriander.
