when i got my vw gtd i emailed every dealer in the uk. told them i was choosing the cheapest ap that was quoted.email and phone was off the hook.worked a treat i did have to do a 600 mile round trip to pick it up but was well worth it.

Shy boys get nowt, that’s what my gran told me. Sometimes it’s not easy though. You gotta play the game, bide your time or sometimes play hard ball and keep returning and asking the question. Or travel to where you can get an offer. you can still service locally. There is a site you can look to see what offers are about.

Links to 3rd party sites are not really allowed though but

search for motaclarity (news motability-deals)

should get you the latest offers about and then if there one you can go armed with that offer.

i got discount from Volvo, sometimes it’s best to arm yourself with what other dealers are offering if you have seen a deal elsewhere.

In the 9 years of being a customer but with a few cars because of early changes, this is the only time I’ve got a discount
