EV charger question

      I know Motability fit a charger for free if you order an EV on the scheme, what happens after the lease, for example if someone decides to go back to petrol?
      Do they come and take it out or is it ‘yours’?

        Cat5 is used to connect the CT Clamp to the charger ?
