The Honda zrv 2.0ltr top spec advance after £750 and £250 deductions comes in at £499.
Pano roof, adaptive CC, hands free boot with kick opening, ambient lighting, Bose SS, heated front and back seats, heated steering wheel, HUD among others. It’s top spec so too many to mention.
Official 48.7mpg but two reviews got 50 & 51mpg without trying. Also got decent all round reviews maybe apart from exterior looks.
Boot to small for me or I would consider going back to ICE for all that at 499

I’m planning my route tomorrow garage is just 5 mins from motorway and dual carriageway
Planet Auto did a lookaround video and was very impressed, along with one of their roatrips in the ZRV. Part 1 below.
P.s I’d choose Red or blue
January 2, 2024 at 6:20 pm #253470We ordered ours today. Still night (blue) and diamond dust white are both £300 extra so we went for the radiant red colour, was really shocked when the salesman said they can have it by next week. I phoned the dealer this morning to make a appointment to go in and he didn’t know the car had even come on the scheme, by the time we got down he had sold 2!
January 2, 2024 at 6:37 pm #253475I forgot what size it was so just had a wee Google to see.
L. 4568
W. 1840
H. 1620
Boot 370 ltrs
To try and put that into perspective for me my old Kona EV is L 363 smaller, W 40 smaller H 50 taller and the zrv gains an extra 38 ltrs.
What really shocked me was when I compared it to the Tucson as the zrv is slightly longer but just very slightly narrower than it.
January 2, 2024 at 6:44 pm #253479This was a good informative video. However the 38 mpg on the motorway is a bit poor. I was hoping for at least 50 mpg on the motorway.
January 2, 2024 at 7:00 pm #253482Lee it seems different dealers are charging different prices for the colours !?

38 mpg on the motorway omg how fast were they going ?
January 2, 2024 at 7:02 pm #253486This is exactly what I was thinking haha
January 2, 2024 at 7:03 pm #253487My dealer said three weeks over the phone

I believe he was in sport mode (engine power) for a good amount of the journey and whils’t in eco was showing the acceleration a couple of times kicking the engine in. Not something the majority do.
There another video they did, where he said he averages late 40’s, 48 off top of my head!

To quote him ‘a touch over 70’ lol. Hmm a motor nut on his way to Silverstone who had already stated he will not get near official figures, hinting at the way he drives.
Still a very positive review.
I’m trying to talk myself into this car, but it’s too smaaaaal for car camping.

Heres part two of the road trip however do bare in mind he’s a sucker for sport mode lol.

Mike when he shows you what speed he’s doing its always around 70. However from their other video’s he’s often slipped up and doing 85 or more lol!
In sport the engine is always on and he is a sucker for sport rather than eco or normal!
January 2, 2024 at 7:44 pm #253507Well I’m having it in eco tomorrow hope to see 55 mpg
January 2, 2024 at 7:45 pm #253508It’s. Very exciting day tomorrow my omega watch be here by midday then got the test drive ?
January 2, 2024 at 8:26 pm #253528Well I’m having it in eco tomorrow hope to see 55 mpg
Its bigger in both size and engine. low to mid 50’s in eco or normal maybe 🙂
January 2, 2024 at 10:43 pm #253545Yes just looked on the Honda website and the blue is the same price as the red we ordered, he said “premium” paints are £300 extra but the red we ordered is classed as premium so will be interesting if he tries to charge us at the handover as we won’t be paying anything else

Mettalic’s are normally free for Motability customers, whilst pearl isn’t its the same price as mettalics. The dealer I spoke with classed the £950 white as the only premium, but thinks it will be free and will let me know Monday.
January 3, 2024 at 6:38 am #253555How can different Honda dealers charge different prices for paint ? So the red or blue is defiantly extra ?
January 3, 2024 at 7:23 am #253556To be fair the salesman I was dealing with didn’t really have a clue lol. He said the red was free but blue and diamond dust white would be extra. The blue is pearl paint whilst the red is metallic but both are classed as premium paints and are the same cost as an option (£650) he didn’t really know much about the paints just said the blue and diamond white had a P next to them so he assumed they are the extra cost paints
January 3, 2024 at 7:29 am #253557Ok Lee I will find out today if I like the car if not I’m walking away
January 3, 2024 at 8:34 am #253559I am confirmed for 2pm test drive today but I think the salesman will be coming with us…. shame as I like to test the cars on my own to get a more realistic drive. After having a courtesy Juke with the CVT transmission, I said I’d never get a car with CVT . This one looks quite advanced compared to the jukes… we will see!!
January 3, 2024 at 9:18 am #253562I’m on my own with car for an hour I’ve planned the route will put on later this afternoon with my view and if I’m ordering as I’ve said I’ve watched and read many reviews and I’ve waited 5 weeks for this day as I knew it would finally come on motability after seeing snippets online etc have a great day everyone sunny here nice day for test drive ?
January 3, 2024 at 9:23 am #253563I’ve got a test drive booked for Friday.
also going to test drive the Renault arkana and trying to book a qashqui test drive but no luck as of yet.
Can put order in from the 15th feb so just trying to get a few test drives in this weekend and then that leaves a few weeks to think things over.
January 3, 2024 at 1:18 pm #253617I had it for 2 hours.
Eco on the motorway I got 57mpg.
Around town 42mpg.
The rugged pack side steps are awful. Completely in the wrong place for getting out.
Other than that pretty impressed.
White Pearl is the only paid colour, which is the price take away the 650 for metallic. So ends up being 300 ish.
I’ll be getting it in black top spec, with the sport package and managed to get a deal on the upgraded black wheels.
January 3, 2024 at 1:23 pm #253620I was told by the dealer that there isn’t a big allocation to motab for these, so they think they’ll run out of allocation by start of Feb.
