Long story short my car is ready for collection i only found out by the installer that he completed the adaptation. My point is that iv been trying to get hold of the sales advisor for the past 2 weeks to change one of the adaptation but the sales advisor would never pick up the call so a different advisor would pick up and say his busy but he will call you back when his at his desk but he never did. Iv spoken to the installer and told him about the change of adaptation and he told me the sales advisor has to change it on the application iv told him i cant get through to the sales advisor at all iv tried calling so many times. So after a couple of day i gave up and left it as it is then i logged in to my motability account then i see the adaptation had been changed. Surely the sales advisor could’ve given me a call back to say its been changed instead of me calling plenty of times. Now yesterday the dealer called me at 6 pm and left a voicemail to say car is ready. Do i make them wait a few days for not returning my calls ?
