Application wait

      Hi all I’m new to the mobility scheme I placed an order 2 weeks ago with my local Nissan dealer and have been checking the online application tracker, so far it states that my application has been received and nothing else,should it have progressed to the next stage by now …any advice would be appreciated thanks

        I would suspect that the dealer has not yet processed the order. Perhaps a call to the dealership to confirm that they have an order reference for you, if they have placed an order then a call to motability might be best.

          thank you for your reply it does say on the mobility application tracker they have received it but as yet it’s not got to the next stage, I will give them a call

            I have recently rejoined Motability and it was a month to the day before the Motability checker showed my application had been accepted but that said I can’t remember it taking that long when I first joined in 2008 and the second and third car was only a matter of days before clearing stage 3 “Accepted”.

            When my current subscription got to stage two (Eligibility) it was ticked as passed but turned out two  weeks later after calling them about my concerns that nothing was moving, it had not been passed and they said my claim was being blocked by the DWP and that turned out to be a fantasy.

            Maybe their staff is being hampered by MP’s looking over their shoulders at everything they do. LoL
