Good morning all
I have been thinking lately about starting up a YouTube channel about cars currently on the scheme. A brief search has only brought up personal experiences about the process, I was thinking more about testing and reviewing them.
I am not disabled myself but my family has a range of disabilities. My youngest has a rare genetic condition and uses a wheelchair, my oldest has autism and my wife has epilepsy so I feel like I am in a position too review cars to a high standard.
Now I’m not saying I can cover all needs for everyone as that would be impossible and possibly why no one has done so before! I could cover all the practical stuff though ie:
Boot space for wheelchair, walking aids, Accessibility etc
And of course the practical stuff, economy, build quality, seat comfort, usability and so on.
I know they advise to test drive cars yourselves but sometimes that is just not practical for some and if I help a handful of people to narrow choices, journeys out to test them, I feel like it’s a job well done!
So any thoughts? Positive or negative? I don’t mind as I don’t want to offend people by doing it. I am happy to go into greater detail as too my plans and who I’ve contacted and spoke too.
Sorry its a bit of a long winded post. Cheers people ?
