      Good Morning,

      I hope all are well.

Abarths are listed on the Motability car search with “new” tag. They are also listed on the Motability section of Arnold Websites.

      https://www.arnoldclark.com/new-cars/motability/abarth

I completed the form on the Abarth website. Shortly after that a lovely lady from Abarth contacted me. She advised that she would pass my details on to Arnold Clark  – the closest Abarth dealership to me.

Arnold Clark contacted me and said that Abarths are not available on Motability.

I checked other Abarth dealership Websites and they also stated that Abarths are available on the scheme.

I have contacted Arnold Clark a number of times. I have had no response. I suffer from depression,  dysthimia and anxiety. This has had a serious negative impact on my mood. I contacted Motability and they advised they didn’t know why this would be the case and they would get back to me.

I contacted Arnold Clark via email several times, trying numerous different email addresses.

I have had no responses. Motability have always provided excellent support and  I am very grateful to them as they have helped me a great deal and helped me to stay in employment and is in no way a criticism of them.

I don’t understand why I wouldn’t be able to book a test drive or place an order with Arnold Clark, when it clearly states that’s the are available on their Web site.

Could anyone advise why this would be the case.

Has anyone been able to place an order via the Motability Scheme recently?

Any help/ advice would be really appreciated. As I keep ruminating about this and been making mood plummet to rock bottom. I realise that this probably sounds daft!

      Kindest Regards

      Yella Peril

Sounds like Arnold Clark are simply not interested in selling you a car!

If you really want an Abarth, just contact another dealer and take your business elsewhere.

The Abarth 695 were removed from Motability 5-days ago on the 26th (see ‘Motability Scheme Vehicle numbers’ post at the top of the forum).

I spoke to a couple of Abarth dealers. Both said Abarth are no longer making petrol cars only electric. They said it would be a case of phoning around dealers to see if they had any ICE Abarths left in stock of you really wanted one.

The 595 & 695 are still available to order on Abarths website.

Same as I got told. I tried a week Annual leave phoning Abarth dealerships. Getting told you don’t really want a petrol ICE Abarth what you really want is an Electric Abarth.
