My daughter asked me to help with handing out sweets to the kids coming to her door for Halloween.
She had pre-bagged 90 bags of sweets but in just under two hours those bags had gone, we had ran out and there were at least twenty at the door after this.
The code where I live is that a house with decorations is welcoming the kids to the door and no decoration means no sweets. Not sure if this is the same code for your area but it seems a good idea.The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.

They don’t knock on my door anymore regardless if I decorate my house or have the FFX projector on.

Brydo, your daughter must stay in a Gingerbread house, to attract that many kids, well done.
Mrs Joss got a very large tub of sweets, love hearts, chews, lollipops etc. Not one person came to the door! Last year we had loads. Like @kezo all the more for me lol.
