Not sure martino but I think it would be fine.
there are many disabled who use their car sparingly doing less than 6000 miles per year. I think they are the segment this would apply to.
I am also aware that parking in the bigger cities is a bit of a nightmare. Having a dedicated motability taxi would be a real benefit in this situation.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
