I think it’s a bit of buyers remorse
Ive just filled up the CLA again and calculated the MPG the right way (not using the trip computer) and it’s averaged 43mpg on 282 miles with a mix of driving so I think that’s really positive for a petrol and certainly better than I would of had from the Volvo.
Although the CLA engine is only 1.3 it’s quite responsive and certainly doesn’t seem under powered in anyway.
The dealer gave me £1750 cashback which was half the advance payment.
I opted for white in the CLA which does look really nice, a little mucky at the moment but if it ever stops raining I will have it cleaned and upload some photos for anyone who’s interested.
