Thank you Kezo for the reply. I did as you said but have been unwell so haven’t done anything about it.
It appears to have reverted back to the correct details. I’ve had to look at it and the screenshot numerous times as I thought it was just me, the meds etc. But no, it did change for a few weeks and I have no idea why, very strange.
