We have a Suzuki Across on the scheme, we absolutely love it it ticks all of our boxes, it is a shame Mobility no longer allow purchase of the leased vehicles, however they have always asked ridiculous over trade prices. Is there a way I could buy back our lease vehicle through the supplying vehicle at a realistic price ?

In the near future we are going to have a test drive of a Kia EV3 with the intention to possibly change, however, in the back of my mind I no longer trust Mobility, I have little or no confidence in there flexible signed contract leases, it not worth the paper it is written on. I really don’t fancy selling the touring caravan, I have found the insurance value of our current Suzuki Across 33 months old just under 19,000 miles £21,500, as we have an extension until August 2027, the mileage will have increased and the insurance value dropped especially as a new model as come out, I would estimate £18,500. I am still toying with the idea of popping into the Suzuki dealership to see if they will play ball in August 2027.

Toyota has ceased production of the Suzuki Across, along with the new RAV4. The decision to stop manufacturing the Across was part of a strategic shift by Toyota to focus on its own hybrid models.

My last 2 car dealers have always said they wouldn’t buy from Motability , due to high prices They want for an end of lease vehicle. Whilst they would likely buy it for you, if you speak with them, it may still be over priced. The offset of that is you know the car.

Good to hear your having second thoughts on selling the caravan 🙂
