I wonder if Motability have hidden the cost of VAT in the bulk models to offset those ordering before July 1st, buts taking delivery after this date. If not, imagine adding VAT & IPT to that Enyak current £6999 AP!
I think you might be on to something. There would be some sense in whacking up the APs this quarter, so that the prices from 1st July don’t appear to have been increased by as much as people expect them to! It will also deter a lot of folk who were thinking about concocting a reason for an early termination in Q2 so that they can reorder prior to the Q3 changes – albeit they would still benefit from the much higher mileage allowance / much lower excess mileage charges if they re-order now.
