Volts, What’s being discussed here is an application. The lease contract and legal obligations only begin at the point of handover, specifically at the point the PIN is entered into Motability OLA. Before that point you can cancel the application for any reason. Once the lease is signed there is no right to cancel, just like other contracts. Motabilty may in some circumstances agree to an early termination, but that’s their choice.
