I wonder if Motability have done impact assessments on the proposed changes from July 1st and if so what those assessments show. I suspect they haven’t as we can all guess what the outcomes would be. likewise should there also have been risk assessments done on the budgets imposition of VAT & insurance tax on the scheme?
