Same band as my niece, she has an EV on the scheme and her dad (my brother) is head of financial services for a large company, made (advised) her put taxable and ni into a private pension. I’m not saying this is right for you or anyone and strongly recomend you wife seeks advice and the NHS pension she is in, as it has changed over the years.
