Does anyone have any idea how this will affect those of us in Scotland? Any guesses? Will we be better off or worse off?
Since Social Security Scotland is just another tier of bureaucracy which copies what ever the U.K. Government does concerning benefit rates and Motability and the U.K. Government has responsibility for VAT, then I think we can assume that after Motability have had talks with the Scottish Government, then it is safe to say that we should not expect any real difference in Motability rules concerning the U.K Government and the Scottish Government and their citizens.
