I had read on this forum that some members were written to by Motability at the start of the year offering a lease extension even though their cars had done more than the 20,000 miles. I’d be interested to see if there were any special circumstances that Motability are not affording me.
If your eligible for a grant towards the AP and explain you are happy with your current car, the grants team are able to extend your current lease.
