Re your query, if I am reading it correctly, you can order from 28th Feb and interested in the MG HS?
The HS is currently on offer at many MG dealers across the UK and both manual and automatic can be sourced with nil AP (see the deals & offers thread at the top of the fouum). It cannot realistically go further down from nil AP. Many of these offers run to 31st March, albeit some require collection by that date.
Therefore, if you can order at nil AP and are sure that is the model for you (test driven etc) making an appointment with a dealer for the 28th of Feb to order it maybe optimal. Once ordered you are ‘price locked’ should the AP rise in the next pricing quarter.
There are currently no found special offers on Honda models.

Incidentally the quarterly price changes are due 1st of April, not 1st of March. So most offers will remain ‘live’ until 31st March.
