Which offer cooled seats and heated rear seats and does it up the costs with packs? The EV3 is pretty good for the AP and all the kit you could ever want if its big enough for your family.

Suite gives you vented front seats which come part of the Cognac/Black Design Suite.

You lose the Sunroof, HUD and 360 Cameras compared to the EV3 though. But you do gain independent 2nd row climate controls.
