I had this issue when i had a Kia soul EV went through 2 batteries in a month but on the third visit the guy from RAC fitted a leisure battery because he detected a constant drain from the car and that cured it. Never had the issue again until i swapped it lease end 2 years later. The Kia garage tried telling me it was my fault as i was constantly pinging the car from the app but as i tried to explain to them the app was crap so i never used it and took it off my phone within a week of picking it up. All this happened even though i had battery save enabled in the car setting which is supposed to detect a drain and charge it from the high voltage battery but obviously that never worked never had this issue with my Ioniq 6 which has been flawless from day 1.
