We bought a Vax, the charged battery time when in use is not good at all, phoned Vax said battery runs down fast when in turbo mode 🤣, far less than advertised, they tried to blame my carpet, I replied well maybe it’s upto you to explain this, we decided a spare battery & charger  free & posted to settle the matter..
Its quite good with two batteries to swap/charge..
