Batteries getting fitted tomorrow 🤞
Still in talks about fitting my solar panels although, I think 🤔, I will be getting 16panels to replace the existing 16 🤞
I tracked down the electrician from the original/bust contractor and he is coming at the weekend to fit an Eastron meter, move the control box for my air source heat pump and give me a price for a replacement fuse box.
These were all on the list of original work and snagging of the original/ bust contractor but I’m just paying for them to get finished so as I can put this sorry episode behind me.
Decking almost there, I totally underestimated the amount of work/ physical effort, it required. I’ve been falling asleep randomly and for a couple of hours at a time.
I am reusing the existing metal balustrade which are powder coated and over 20 years old. They need rubbed down with sandpaper before applying a special primer and top coat.

45kwh of solar produced today most of which went to the grid, £6:75 returned to my account via Outgoing Octopus 🐙
